DR. LEINGANG
Owner/Chiropractor
Dr. Andrea was introduced to chiropractic as a young child and always enjoyed visiting her chiropractor growing up. While in high school, she became more interested in chiropractic as health care career. She attended the University of North Dakota and graduted from Minnesota State Univerisity Moorhead with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2003 and became certified in Acupuncture in 2004. She then practiced for 4 years at Red Wing Chiropractic Clinic, Red Wing, MN where she gained much experience using Acupunture.
Dr. Andrea always enjoyed school and decided to continue her education by taking extra training in children and pregnancy chiropractic care and received her certification from the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and The Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics. She is also Webster Technique Certified which is a specific Chiropractic analysis and adjustment that reduces interference to the nerve system and balances pelvic muscles and ligaments. This in turn reduces intrauterine constraint, allowing the baby to get into the best possible position for birth.
She also has special interest in nutrition and loves educating people on the benefits of natural products to improve their health. In 2007, Dr. Andrea became certified in Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Unwinding from Dr. Carol Phillips and Dynamic Body Balancing TM. She also received a Certificate in Nutrition in 2012. Dr. Andrea is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, the Association of Wellness Chiropractors. Locally she involves herself in the Mandan Progress Organization and the Mandan Youth Soccer Club.
Dr. Andrea strives to create an energizing, healing environment and caters to all individuals seeking optimal health and wellness with families and children being a main focus. She prides herself in getting to know people and treating them as family when they come to the office. She wants to give you the best care possible so you get the best results possible to make a change in your health for the better. Dr. Andrea grew up in Mandan and returned the area after having a baby in 2007. She is married to her high school sweatheart Scott and they have two beautiful, healthy and happy kids named Brady and Ramsey. They moved back after living in Minnesota to be near their families. They love spending time outdoors but now spend most of their time running after Brady and Ramsey.
Most people wonder how often Dr. Andrea gets adjusted. Every week her chiropractor adjusts her to keep her well. And thanks to that her body stays in great shape and she keeps her immune system strong. Her kids were adjusted hours after birth and continues to get adjusted every week as well. Adjustments are a family affair in the Leingang household, to keep them all functioning at their best!
She wants you and your family to receive care as she has been given. Chiropractic is an essential component to a healthy lifestyle. There's evidence of it in those around her. Dr. Andrea hopes her community can access chiropractic care so she can make a difference in their lives and change the world they live in to make it a healthier place for all of our families to live. She looks forward to meeting you in person and learning how she may be of service to you and your family and move you toward better health utilizing chiropractic care.

KAREN LANG, LMT
Massage Therapist
(701) 751-7191
Karen was raised on a family farm. She spent most of her life there growing small grains, maintaining a cow/calf operation and raising buffalo. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2000 and still currently practices, specializing in Neuromuscular and Deep Tissue.
In 2011 she began her studies in at Ulan Nutritionals in Clearwater, Florida to become certified in clinical nutrition and has been trained to mastery level in Nutrition Response Testing.
Karen has a degree from Trinity School of Natural Health in Nutritional Counseling. She is also a Certified Nutrition Coach.
My own journey to health began in 2005 while living in Alaska. I was wanting to change my diet but being the German I am, I did not know where to begin. My diet consisted of lots of sugar, candy and processed food along with the produce I raised in my large garden.
I ate the fish along with lots of veggies. I began to feel better and dropped a few pounds as well. That piqued my interest in health and I asked questions of people who seemed to know what to eat. With that knowledge, I started reading more books about health and experimenting with new healthier recipes.
I have suffered with eczema on my hands for 35+ years. Lots of doctoring and different creams and concoctions barely kept it manageable. Not finding answers in traditional medicine, I turned to alternative healing. In 2011 I was tested nutritionally for the first time. The recommendations from my Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner were to gradually eliminate grains (especially wheat), dairy and sugar from my diet.
I started by cutting back on cereal and bread in the morning for breakfast. I actually had energy all day long and my hands began to clear up. Next was dairy. I love cheese and ice cream. Well, I'm happy to report I rarely eat dairy. If I want ice cream I make coconut milk ice cream and enjoy every bit of it and don't feel guilty about eating it because I know what is in it. I also read labels now and don't even bring things into my house I shouldn't be eating.
I was fortunate to have mentors in my life to help me on this journey to restore my health. It was only when I began attending school in Florida to become a Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner that I finally realized any symptom in the body can be handled nutritionally.
My goals are to educate and empower as many people as I can to take control of and restore their health without the use of drugs or surgery; and to make people aware of how the foods we eat can be the deciding factor between health and illness and disease.
Changing your diet is so worth the effort to restore your health and live life to the fullest. May you never be the same!
I opened my own practice May 1st, 2014 where I offer Nutrition Response Testing and Massage Therapy.
